We foster long-term, senior-level relationships with existing and new clients as their independent advisor on strategic transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

This advisory work commences with the Zebra team's proven ability to generate innovative ideas and harness relationships. After a transaction has been introduced and the client determines that Zebra's proposal is a fit with their investment strategy, Zebra assists in negotiations, coordinates due diligence, legal, accounting, financial & tax structuring and closing. In larger transactions, Zebra may also assist in coordinating regulatory compliance and political outreach, as well as advising on engaging public relations and lobbying firms. Post-closing, Zebra can provide ongoing advisory services, including local financing, financial oversight or board representation.

As an investment manager, Zebra or its affiliates, makes and manages principal investments in the real estate and clean energy sectors.
