Current Projects

Zebra manages a family of international investment funds which includes the Zebra Property Fund in the USA, the Zebra Adriatica Property Fund in Croatia, the EH Zebra Fund in Argentina and Zebra China Investments Ltd in China. These funds have a total of over $500 million of projects. The largest investors in Zebra are an affiliate of the OMERS pension fund in Canada, with over $40 billion in assets, and an affiliate of the Zurich Group, a Swiss financial services company with over $200 billion in assets.

Zebra Property Fund focuses on real estate with environmental complications and has developed landfills and rail-served transfer stations serving the Philadelphia to Boston corridor, as well as a landfill-type project in the San Francisco Bay area. In addition, Zebra is currently developing a $100 million wind energy project in the San Francisco Bay area.

Zebra Adriatica Property Fund is developing residential waterfront properties in Croatia and EH Zebra Fund is focused on Argentina and is developing downtown residential properties in Buenos Aires and a large resort project in Patagonia.

Zebra China Investments Ltd ("ZCIL") is a private-equity firm focused on infrastructure, renewable energy and real estate investments in China. The rapid economic growth in China has created strong demand for carbon-lowering energy sources, transportation infrastructure and for logistics properties, with attendant opportunities for investment and partnerships. With the recent global focus on global warming and green energy, ZCIL is working on several joint ventures which bring US green technologies to China or which bring Chinese green energy products and capital to the USA.
