Peter Hornick, Managing Director

Mr Hornick is the founder and a Managing Director of Zebra LLC. Previously Mr. Hornick was a Managing Director of G. Soros Realty, with activities at the $700 million Quantum Realty Fund. Acquisitions included both direct property purchases as well as corporate mergers & acquisitions that were driven primarily by the underlying real estate assets. Prior to joining Soros, Mr. Hornick was for 8 years a senior finance executive at Park Tower Realty, where he was responsible for financing over $1.5 billion of real estate development projects in the USA and Europe. Partnerships included IBM, Bechtel, Prudential Insurance, and JP Morgan. Mr. Hornick was formerly at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Hornick has been a member of the Urban Land Institute's National Policy Council and the Housing Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Hornick received his BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.

Jeffrey Rosenberg, Managing Director

Mr. Rosenberg is co-founder and Managing Director of Zebra China Investments Ltd. Previously Mr. Rosenberg founded and was President of New Century Investments Ltd. where he built a pharmaceutical services business performing preclinical research in China for Pfizer, J&J, and other global pharmaceuticals. Since 1980, Mr. Rosenberg has operated businesses related to China in manufacturing. He built a business manufacturing Reebok footwear with annual sales of over $50 million, and then sold this business to Reebok. He also worked with China's PTT to install many of China's early cellular networks and later sold the business to Motorola. Subsequently, Mr. Rosenberg developed several million square feet of industrial facilities for major international companies including Owens Corning, Pepsi, Reebok. Mr Rosenberg was later the Managing Director for Asia at Tishman Speyer Properties.

Mr Rosenberg is fluent in Mandarin, French, and Spanish. He received his BA in Political Science from UC Berkeley.

George Kaye, Vice President

Mr. Kaye is Vice President of Zebra China Investments Ltd. and is based in the company¡¯s Shanghai office. Prior to joining Zebra Mr. Kaye was for 7 years Vice President at APC Realty Advisors where he arranged over $1.2 billion of equity and debt capital for a variety of real estate projects throughout the USA. Prior to APC, Mr. Kaye was a senior officer at Equity Resources Ltd, a commercial real estate consultancy in Chicago where he represented Bell+Howell, Lanier Worldwide, Daewoo International, SAS Airlines and many other global companies in managing their corporate real estate.

Mr. Kaye received an MS degree from M.I.T. in Real Estate Development and a BA degree from the University of Chicago in Urban History.

Hongwei Chou, Vice President

Hongwei Chou has a 30 year career in sales and market development in the insurance, investment, real estate and energy sectors. Hongwei was co-Founder and General Manager of Ximco Corperation, the first joint venture insurance brokerage company in China, a member of Assurex, one of the largest insurance/re-insurance networks. Prior to this, he was General Manager of Sunny Ocean Group, a Beijing based entertainment and investment advisory business.

Hongwei received his BS and MS in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
